The LLS Orchestra

LMU Loyola Law School is pleased to introduce the LLS Orchestra, led by Professor Simona Grossi, a classically trained and accomplished musician who serves as its music director and principal conductor.

The LLS Orchestra brings together LLS students, alumni, faculty and staff, as well as members of the LA community who are interested in joining. Applications are still open. Professor Grossi may be reached at orchestra@lls.edu for any questions concerning the Orchestra.

"Plato described music as 'a moral law,' that 'gives a soul to the Universe, wings to the mind, flight to the imagination, a charm to sadness, gaiety and life to everything. It is the essence of order, and leads to all that is good and just and beautiful,'" said Professor Grossi. "In our global effort to achieve justice and equality, LLS is pleased to share the LLS Orchestra with you all. The orchestra will exist as a further reminder of the peace and beauty in the world that we, as lawyers, have a mission to protect: rights, equality, inclusion, justice."
